"I had a really disappointing experience at Fortis Hospital Noida recently. The procedure room has been shifted to a new location, and honestly, it feels like no one thought it through. The room is tiny, and the staff looked completely overwhelmed with the crowd. It was uncomfortable and stressful from the moment I entered. The waiting area outside is just as bad. There are no proper places to sit, so people were literally leaning against the window sill and walls because they had no other option. We are already there because we’re unwell or in pain, and standing for long periods like this just makes things worse. The crowd management was poor, and the whole setup felt very disorganized. For a hospital of this level, I expected much better. I really hope they fix these basic issues soon because this was not a good experience at all."
